It is for information of all concerned that the Computer Based Recruitment Examination for the post of Sepoys / Constables in Battalions will be held from 07th December 2024 onwards in different districts of Odisha.
Candidates are advised to download their Admit Cards to know the details about the examination center and schedule of examination from the portal of State Selection Board, Odisha Police on the website odishapolice.gov.in from 02.12.2024 (10 AM) onwards using their user credentials.

Stage of Exam: Computer Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE)
- Duration: 120 Minutes
- Marks: 100 Marks
- Type of Test: Objective type with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Each correct answer will carry 1 mark. There will be negative marking @ 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. The questions in the written examination shall comprise:
- Odia Language
- English Language
- Arithmetic
- General Knowledge
- Situational Awareness
- Logical Reasoning
- Basic Computer Knowledge
The standard of the questions shall be such that a student who has passed the High School Certificate Examination (10th Class) will be able to answer.
