Eligibility Criteria
1. Chargeman (Electrical)
- Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering + 1 year experience in mining installations as a supervisor.
- OR ITI (Electrical) + 3 years experience in mining installations as a supervisor.
- OR Class 10th + 5 years experience in mining installations as a supervisor.
- Additional Requirement: Valid Supervisory Certificate of Competency issued by the appropriate government. HCL Workmen Recruitment 2025
2. Electrician ‘A’
- Qualification:
- ITI (Electrical) + 4 years experience as an Electrician.
- OR Class 10th + 7 years experience as an Electrician.
- Additional Requirement: Valid wiremen permit from Government Electrical Inspector.
3. Electrician ‘B’
- Qualification:
- ITI (Electrical) + 3 years experience as an Electrician.
- OR Class 10th + 6 years experience as an Electrician.
- Additional Requirement: Valid wiremen permit from Government Electrical Inspector.
4. WED ‘B’
- Qualification:
- Diploma + 1 year experience in the relevant field.
- OR Graduate (BA/ B.Sc./ B.Com/ BBA) + 1 year experience in the relevant field.
- OR Apprenticeship + 3 years experience in the relevant field.
- OR Class 10th + 6 years experience in the relevant field.
- Additional Requirement: Valid 1st Class Winding Engine Driver’s Certificate.
