HCL Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

1. Chargeman (Electrical)

• Qualification:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering + 1 year experience in mining installations as a supervisor.
  • OR ITI (Electrical) + 3 years experience in mining installations as a supervisor.
  • OR Class 10th + 5 years experience in mining installations as a supervisor.
• Additional Requirement: Valid Supervisory Certificate of Competency issued by the appropriate government. HCL Workmen Recruitment 2025

2. Electrician ‘A’

• Qualification:
  • ITI (Electrical) + 4 years experience as an Electrician.
  • OR Class 10th + 7 years experience as an Electrician.
• Additional Requirement: Valid wiremen permit from Government Electrical Inspector.

3. Electrician ‘B’

• Qualification:
  • ITI (Electrical) + 3 years experience as an Electrician.
  • OR Class 10th + 6 years experience as an Electrician.
• Additional Requirement: Valid wiremen permit from Government Electrical Inspector.

4. WED ‘B’

• Qualification:
  • Diploma + 1 year experience in the relevant field.
  • OR Graduate (BA/ B.Sc./ B.Com/ BBA) + 1 year experience in the relevant field.
  • OR Apprenticeship + 3 years experience in the relevant field.
  • OR Class 10th + 6 years experience in the relevant field.
• Additional Requirement: Valid 1st Class Winding Engine Driver’s Certificate.
