Job Description:

Swiggy is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager II to join our team in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of our restaurant partnerships and strengthening our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring Swiggy’s continued success in the region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Partner Acquisition: Actively identify and sign contracts with a diverse range of restaurants, from small eateries to five-star establishments, bringing them on board as Swiggy partners.
  • Lead Generation: Gather potential sales leads from the market and approach restaurant owners to onboard them onto the Swiggy platform.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and key stakeholders. Provide them with market insights and offer strategic solutions to enhance their partnership with Swiggy.
  • Sales Administration: Manage sales functions efficiently, streamline operational performance reporting, and optimize processes to enhance effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Work towards achieving business targets by implementing strategic sales initiatives and expense controls. Ensure consistent growth in sales and revenue.
  • Market Representation: Serve as the face of Swiggy in the Mathura market, upholding the company’s values and ensuring a strong brand presence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
