Key Responsibilities

Programming Development

• Design and develop statistical programs for clinical research analysis and reporting.
• Create high-quality code for medium-to-high complexity tasks.

Quality Assurance

• Perform quality control and verification of clinical research tasks.
• Ensure compliance with departmental and company standards.

Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with departmental guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.

Experience

• 4–6+ years of programming experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical R&D sector.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SAS and R (Python knowledge is a plus).
• Strong understanding of data structures and statistical programming processes.

Regulatory Knowledge

• Basic familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical R&D concepts.

Soft Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
