1. Junior Engineer-I (Electrical)
- Qualification:
- Full-time 4-year Graduation Degree in Engineering (Regular) or AMIE in:
- Electrical / Electrical & Electronics
- Electrical, Instrumentation & Control
- Power Systems & High Voltage
- Power Electronics / Power Engineering
- Degree must be approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
- Full-time 4-year Graduation Degree in Engineering (Regular) or AMIE in:
2. Junior Engineer-I (Mechanical)
- Qualification:
- Full-time 4-year Graduation Degree in Engineering (Regular) or AMIE in:
- Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- Production & Industrial / Thermal / Mechanical & Automation
- Power Engineering
- Degree must be approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
- Full-time 4-year Graduation Degree in Engineering (Regular) or AMIE in:
3. Junior Engineer-I (Control & Instrumentation / Communication)
- Qualification:
- Full-time 4-year Graduation Degree in Engineering (Regular) or AMIE in:

- Fire Fighting / Industrial Safety Engineering OR
- Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering with a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- Degree must be approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

5. Junior Chemist
- Qualification:
- 2-year full-time Post Graduation Degree in Chemistry OR
- 4-year full-time Graduation Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Degree must be from a recognized university or an equivalent foreign degree approved by the competent authority.
Additional Requirement:
