Key Responsibilities:

Sample Handling & Preparation:

Receive, label, and store patient samples properly.
Prepare samples for analysis, including cultures, solutions, and specimens.

Testing & Analysis:

Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as microscopes, centrifuges, and pipettes.
Record accurate test results and analyze experimental data.
Assist in diagnosing diseases through lab investigations.

Laboratory Maintenance & Compliance:

Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and safe for daily operations.
Sterilize and maintain lab equipment as per hospital standards.
Perform routine calibrations and inspections of instruments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in handling hazardous materials.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent (Preferred).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Certification: Paramedical Council registration (Preferred).
