🏋️ Physical Fitness Test (PFT) & Medical Standards
📌 All candidates must pass the PFT for final selection.
🏃 Physical Fitness Test (PFT) Requirements:
✅ 1.6 Km Run: To be completed in 7 minutes.
✅ 20 Squat Ups (Uthak Baithak).
✅ 10 Push-ups.
🩺 Medical Standards:
✅ Height: Minimum 157 cm.
✅ Chest Expansion: Minimum 5 cm.
✅ Weight: Proportionate to height and age (±10% variation acceptable).
✅ Hearing: Normal.
