IGNOU B.Ed Admission 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
✔ Educational Qualification:
🔹 Candidates must have at least 50% marks in either:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, or Humanities.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (specializing in Science & Mathematics) with 55% marks or any equivalent qualification.
🔹 The following candidates are eligible for B.Ed (ODL) Mode:
- Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
- Candidates who have completed an NCTE-recognized teacher education program through face-to-face mode.
📌 Relaxation in Marks:
- SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PWD candidates: 5% relaxation as per Central Government norms.
- EWS category: Reservation as per Central Government rules.
