Available Positions & Details:
1. HR Intern (Unpaid Internship – 3 Months)
- Experience: Freshers welcome
- Job Location: Work From Home
- Duration: 3 months
- Office Timing: Full-time / Part-time
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Payout: Completely unpaid
- Language Requirement: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
- Rewards: Certificate, Letter of Recommendation (LOR), Letter of Appreciation (LOA) upon completion
2. HR Trainee (Commission-Based)
- Experience: Freshers to 6 months in recruitment
- Job Location: Permanently Work From Home
- Office Timing: Full-time (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Payout: No fixed salary, only commission-based (initially)
- Language Requirement: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Gender Preference: Female only
- Rewards: Certificate, LOR, LOA after 6 months & possible payroll conversion (with salary) based on performance
3. Recruitment Consultant (Commission-Based – BFSI Sector)
- Experience: 6+ months in BFSI recruitment
(Must have experience hiring for Mutual Fund, Equity, Demat Sales profiles) - Job Location: Permanently Work From Home
- Office Timing: Full-time (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Payout: No fixed salary for 2-3 months, only commission-based initially
- Language Requirement: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Gender Preference: Female only
