How to Apply

1. Create a Profile:
   • Use Aadhaar-linked mobile number for E-KYC.
   • If Aadhaar mobile is not linked, use biometric verification at MP Online Kiosk.
2. Photo/Signature Guidelines:
   • Photo should not be older than 3 months with a white background.
   • Include the date and candidate’s name on the photo.
3. Fill the Application:
   • Apply between 28 January 2025 and 11 February 2025.
   • Upload the required documents, including photo, signature, and handwritten declaration.
4. Fee Payment: Ensure fee payment through the prescribed modes before submission.
5. Final Steps:
   • Review the form carefully before submitting.
   • Take a printout of the final application for future reference.
