Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance and Training

• Read and acknowledge IQVIA and customer procedural documents.
• Complete required training programs and achieve on-job certifications.

2. Process Management

• Manage pharmacovigilance queries using ticketing tools.
• Track and obtain approvals for reports and allocate tasks effectively to team members.

3. Data Reporting

• Generate standard and ad hoc reports from global safety databases.
• Prepare aggregate reports and tabulations to support pharmacovigilance activities.

4. Communication

• Address stakeholder queries promptly and seek necessary clarifications.
• Respond to emails and ensure timely communication with team members and customers.

5. Team Support

• Mentor and assist team members in achieving certifications.
• Represent the team during audits and contribute to team development initiatives.

6. Documentation

• Develop and maintain SOPs, guidelines, and supplemental content for consistent handling of safety data requests.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience: Familiarity with pharmacovigilance processes and global safety databases.
• Additional Skills: Experience in report generation and data handling is advantageous.
