RBI JE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Diploma (3 years) in Civil Engineering with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized institute/university.
OR - Degree in Civil Engineering with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university.
Junior Engineer (Electrical)
- Diploma (3 years) in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized institute/university.

RBI JE 2025 Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹33,900/- per month, plus additional allowances as per RBI norms.
- Pay Scale: ₹20,700 – 55,700/-
- Gross Monthly Salary: ₹80,236/- (approx.)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): 15% if accommodation is not provided.
